In 2017, Spaces opened its first Houston location in Kirby Grove and has since expanded the Houston footprint with two additional Midway property locations - CITYCENTRE One and GreenStreet. Ideally located near the green space of Levy Park, the mixed-use Kirby Grove development offers the opportunity for scalable square feet to create a unique and entrepreneurial workspace.
Spaces Kirby Grove offers a 4,000-square-foot business club, 327 dedicated desks, and two meeting rooms along with professional and hospitality services. The location also offers a full calendar of business events, speakers, and networking lunches, which keep members of our community engaged and open to new possibilities.
