Midway, the privately owned, fully integrated real estate investment and development firm, is pleased to announce it will handle property management services for The Center for Pursuit’s new East End campus. Located at 4400 Harrisburg Blvd. at Eastwood Avenue, the campus includes three buildings totaling approximately 120,000 square feet, including one multi-tenant building. As property manager, Midway will handle routine and preventative maintenance, emergency preparedness and response, risk mitigation, and asset preservation for the campus. “The Center for Pursuit has a long history of serving the community and we look forward to supporting their important work of helping adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism or similar conditions realize their potential in a world in which they are fully integrated,” said Micah Hart, Midway’s Senior Vice President of Property Operations. “Midway continues to draw upon our mixed-use expertise to deliver a superior level of service, cost-effective building management, and above industry retention. The combination of our uniquely talented team and fine-tuned management process ensures The Center will receive the highest level of hospitality and service at their beautiful new campus.” Founded in 1950, The Center for Pursuit promotes the pursuit of growth, health, and independence for youth and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and similar conditions. Through an innovative approach that combines the Social Motion Skills program for adolescents with workforce development, supported and assisted living options, and health and wellness services for adults, The Center provides a synergistic progression of services unparalleled in the community. Always growing and changing, The Center currently serves more than 650 individuals in the Houston area.
